This Prayer Journal was created to help direct us back to what we know works and that’s Prayer. The disciples asked Jesus; teach us to Pray and Jesus replied with; Our Father which art in heaven, Hollowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it in in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever, amen. We don’t always know what to pray for but there’s always something to pray about. We can’t afford to be silent, the enemy would love for us to say nothing. Prayer changes things and we must wait on the Lord in prayer for direction. We so often get impatient because we want instant results. God told Daniel do not be afraid; from the first day that you set your heart to understand and humble yourself before Me, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words (Daniel 10:12) God heard Daniel the first day he prayed. Don’t stop PRAYING!

Prayer House Nation Ministries was Incorporated in 2023. Michael & Cheryl accepted this assignment from The Lord our God and began to take steps to do God’s will concerning them. Fast forward to 2025 and Prayer House Nation Ministries is taking shape. Prayer House Nation Ministries, Inc. is not a church, but a ministry that focuses on live streaming and pre-recorded content that lifts The Lord Jesus Christ for all men to see, especially on many of the social media platforms where people are captured by the display of sinful man’s debauchery. 2 Cor 4:3 – 5 says “But if our gospel be hid , it is hid to them that are lost ; 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not , lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ , who is the image of God , should shine unto them. 5 For we preach not ourselves , but Christ Jesus the Lord ; and ourselves your servants for Jesus ‘ sake “. Michael, Cheryl and their family have served their local ministry for over 40 years and continue to do so! Bishop Andrew and Pastor Viveca Merritt continue to shepherd the flock of God at Straight Gate Int’l Church with their sons Pastors Jonathan and David Merritt. Michael, Cheryl & their family are some of the fruit of their labor and they carry the their shepherds in their hearts!

Let’s get to the savior, lets get to Jesus Christ. He has the answers we seek, He is the answer and we can find Him in His Holy Word. The savior is able to keep us from falling so be of good cheer because He overcame the weight of the sin of all mankind. As overwhelming as it might seem, it could not stop Him from bearing the sin and shame of it all. He is inviting you to rise because He has already born your burdens! He proved His love.
